Family Membership
$16.95/month
(plus one-time $20 enrollment fee)
For one small monthly fee EVERY MEMBER of your household has access to discounted dental care from our outstanding list of providers, along with discounts on vision and prescription services.
Senior Membership
$8.95/month
(plus one-time $20 enrollment fee)
For a low monthly fee of just $8.95/month per person age 65 or older, or $15.95/month for a couple, our senior members have access to to discounted dental care from our list of providers. Discounts on vision and prescription services.
Small Business Group Coverage
$7.95/month
(plus one-time $20 enrollment fee)
For a low monthly fee of just $7.95/month per person, or 11.95/month per family, groups of 3 or more members have access to discounted dental care, along with discounts on vision and prescription services.
