Dentists participating with us are dentists who practice what is known as “Fee-for-Service” dentistry. This is a philosophy of practice that differs from a “managed-care” method of delivering dental care. Because our plan is structured this way, you are able to see dentists committed to seeing patients on an individual basis rather than in a large-practice “clinic” format. Most patients can really see the difference.

OK, say I want to enroll..?

“Unlike other plans, American Dental Group allows you to schedule your appointment the moment your membership is activated. You can fill out the online form, call for help to enroll over the phone or ask us to send you the enrollment application for you to mail or fax to us. If you need to get in quickly, it is usually possible - even before receiving your membership card - to verify directly with the dental office your active membership in these emergency cases. If you need assistance in locating a dentist for a dental emergency, our friendly customer service staff will be happy to help, or you can login with your membership number online to get access to the list of providers..

What if I Just Want More Information..?

You can call us for an explanation or for particular questions or, if you prefer, just fill out the “More Information” request form and we’ll send it to you in the manner you request. Regardless of your method of enrollment, your membership is activated immediately. If you need assistance in locating a dentist for a dental emergency, our friendly customer service staff will be happy to help.

One of the ways you can tell a strong dental plan from another is by looking at the number of dentists who support it.
